How to manage your Popsixle subscription

How to modify your Popsixle subscription, edit billing info and cancel your subscription

Popsixle's subscription payment system was updated in April 2023, so depending on whether your account was subscribed before or after the change will determine how you manage your subscription.

In short, account-holders that subscribed to Popsixle prior to the April 2023 update are not able to log into the subscription management platform from the Popsixle Customer Dashboard -- see below for details about your subscription. 

If you're not sure when your account was subscribed, just reach out to our team at success@popsixle.com and we'll direct you toward the correct platform. 


If your account was subscribed to Popsixle prior to April 2023: 

You will NOT be able to manage your subscription from the Popsixle Customer Dashboard's Manage Subscription section (https://app.popsixle.com)

To modify your Popsixle subscription, update billing info or cancel Popsixle, log into your account at https://subscribe.popsixle.com/account/login

  • If you need assistance logging in, reach out to our team at success@popsixle.com and we'll trigger a reset password link to the email address in your billing account.
    • Please make sure to clarify if you need login support for your subscription, OR for the dashboard, OR for both logging into the dashboard or subscription system (the two reset links will come in separate emails) 
  • If you are canceling or pausing a subscription, make sure to send a follow-up email to our team at success@popsixle.com. Popsixle's data connection is not linked to this subscription system, so canceling a subscription does not automatically turn off Popsixle.
    • If you'd like to resume Popsixle after a cancel, reach out to our team via email at success@popsixle.com and we'll guide you to subscribe on the updated subscription system. 
  • If our system experiences a failed payment (due to a declined card or insufficient funds) our team will reach out to support you in updating your account. If the payment continues to fail, Popsixle's connection will be turned off for your site

If your account was subscribed after April 2023: 

You can manage your subscription from the Popsixle Customer Dashboard's Manage Subscription section (https://app.popsixle.com)

Log into the dashboard and click Manage Subscription to subscribe a store, update billing information, cancel Popsixle, or change your pricing plan to one with a higher/lower revenue cap (see our pricing page for more information on plans and usage charges). 

  • If you need assistance logging in, reach out to our team at success@popsixle.com and we'll trigger a reset password link to the email address in your billing account. You only need one login to view and update the subscription for all of your stores
  • If you cancel the subscription, Popsixle's data connection will automatically turn off for your site. 
    • If you'd like to resume Popsixle support after a cancel, go to Manage Subscription to resubscribe your account. Once your payment processes, Popsixle's data connection will automatically turn back on for your site, but we strongly suggest sending a follow-up email to our team at success@popsixle.com to confirm your account settings are correct and the app installation is intact.
  • If our system experiences a failed payment (due to a declined card or insufficient funds) be advised Popsixle's connection will automatically turn off 7 days later unless a payment is made. Remember you can update billing information from the dashboard's Manage Subscription section.
