Browser purchase events may be higher than Popsixle server events for several reasons:
- If people reload the confirmation page
- Participate in a post-purchase survey
- Opt-in to a post-purchase cross sell opportunity
In comparison, Popsixle purchase events are coming directly from Shopify's API and have a higher degree of reliability. Our server-side purchase volume should match your Shopify purchase volume 1:1.
