Resolve Shopify permissions issues

This article explains how to modify the permissions you have granted to Popsixle

Sometimes we run into an issue when finalizing the app install process via Shopify. This is due to some of the needed permissions being left out when going through the approval process.

To fix this, please go to: Settings > User and Permissions > Collaborators

There you will see Popsixle listed. Click to edit the Popsixle collaborator settings.

Please ensure that all of the below permissions are checked:

Once you’ve updated the settings to have all the correct permissions, send us a quick email to confirm and we’ll be able to finalize the app install process.
