Aggregated Events Measurement was built as a work-around for the problem of signal loss caused by iOS14. Since you are now using Popsixle to solve this problem, you likely don't need to prioritize events to be used with AEM.
However, as Facebook continues to state that it is a best practice to setup AEM, Popsixle also recommends that you do so as well.
